More locations
The first 4 locations are at the plan rate. Every location from the 5th on is 20% off: $79 a month on Essential, $119 on Pro. Adding a location never lowers your bill, and removing one never reprices the rest.
Agencies
An agency account is a Pro account organized by client: a separate workspace for each client, approvals that carry your agency's branding, and one combined bill. You pay for each client location at the Pro rate, and the location discount counts all of them together. There is no fee per client and none per seat.
The free week
Try RytePost for 7 days on Essential's features, with the footer on and up to 9 posts. It works the same on an agency account. When it ends you choose Essential or Pro; no plan is picked for you.
Fair use, in posts
- A post is one piece of content published for a location. Its versions for each platform count once.
- Replies to reviews and comments never count.
- Posts written with your own AI connection do not count.
- Reaching the limit never costs you anything. The next post waits, you are told, and it goes out next month, or you upgrade.

What we commit to
- Monthly billing is the default. Annual is an option, never a requirement and never the only way to unlock anything.
- Platforms, analytics, review management and seats are included in every plan's price and are never sold back to you as add-ons. New networks join your plan at no charge.
- Cancel in the product in two taps. The unused part of what you paid is refunded automatically, and you get everything you put in.
- Pause instead of cancel, free for up to 3 months a year: posting stops, nothing is charged and everything is kept.
Fair use is stated in posts a month, never as credits and never as an extra charge. Terms
Questions
Before you start
Do I have to approve every post?
By default, yes, and that's the 3 minutes. For routine, low-risk kinds of posts you can switch on auto-posting yourself, after accepting the terms. Sensitive posts always wait for you.
What if I have no photos or no time to write?
Send a few words about what's happening and RytePost turns them into posts. If a slot has nothing from you, it stays empty and you're asked, rather than RytePost making something up.
Will it sound like me?
RytePost builds a voice profile from your past posts, or from six quick questions if you haven't posted much. You can read it and change anything that isn't you.
Do my posts mention RytePost?
On Essential, each post ends with a small “Powered by RytePost” line. Pro removes it.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, in the product. Pause is free for up to 3 months a year, and cancelling refunds the unused part of what you paid.
